$750.00US a week during Thanksgiving, Easter, Christmas through New Years.  Weekly rental only

Security Deposit

A minimum $99.00 partially refundable security deposit is required with each reservation.  It includes a $1,500.00 Property Damage Protection Policy of $39 (non-refundable) to cover renter and owner for any possible damages, electric usage credit of $40 and a possible extra cleaning fee of $20.  Any balance due is returned at check out.  Longer stays may require a larger deposit amount for electricity.  No more need to carry large amounts of cash or waiting for a refund!

Reservations & Payment

A 50% Deposit of the reservation is required at time of confrimation and is refundable 30 days prior to check in date. The remaining balance plus security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival date.   Reservations made within 30 days of arrival date require 100% payment. 

Payment can be made through PayPal using  PAYMENT  at  CASAPEPEM  dot  COM.  A US Bank check can only be used for the first deposit and requires 30 days to clear.

Cancellations Policy

If a reservation is canceled a refund is issued according to the guidelines outlined below:

Cancellation made more than 30 days to check-in date 100% is refunded.

Cancellation made less than 30 days to check-in date will forfeit all payment and Casa Pepem will forward any rescheduled income for lost dates.

Insurance policy refunded if canceled 48 hours prior to check in.
