friendly, comfortable and welcoming home environment because it's also my get-away haven.
'Casa Vega' is not a 'typical rental'. Furnished with a Southwestern theme, the colors and 'feel'
of 'Casa Vega' encourage relaxation. It?s a new home in the 'Rancho Abrego development in the heart
of Green Valley, AZ; (on the fringes of Sahuarita) and was built in 2005. It?s open and spacious
with three beautiful bedrooms and two generous-sized bathrooms. The high-end Southwestern furniture
compliments the design of the home and the ambiance that is truly and uniquely Arizona.
When you arrive at 'Casa Vega', you immediately relax. The soothing earth tones of the home and simplicity of the interior design chase away your cares. The extremely comfortable pillow-top beds in every bedroom just beg for your head to rest on them; the full body/leg massage chair in the living room has YOUR name on it! There is a 42 inch flat panel TV with a Blu Ray DVD player for HD TV also Satelite TV with HBO SHOWTIME etc.  There are upgraded appliances throughout the home, including a gas washer and dryer. There is a covered rear extended-flagstone patio with a beautiful (and comfortable!) patio set that seats six. Also a Large  BBQ where you can relax during the day or enjoy the serenity of the evenings. The two-car garage with additional parking on the driveway is large and convenient.
'Casa Vega' is close to local golf courses and a very short drive on the I-19 Freeway to popular Tucson Golf courses. You?re even within walking distance to stores like Wal-Mart Super-Store, a 99 cent store, Bashas?, Safeway, Walgreens, Radio Shack, Ace Hardware, a nail and hair salon, American Home Furnishings and more including banks like Wells Fargo, Wachovia, Bank of America, Chase and Bank of the West. Bowling, Movies etc.
The neighborhood includes a beautifully maintained swimming Pool and Jacuzzi that you are invited to use. You can't help but enjoy the beautiful sunsets & expansive views in this exceptionally beautiful and quaint town. At Casa Vega, you can relax in your? home or you can explore the area? It?s your choice! But any way you look at it? it?s everything you need it to be? LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!

Casa Vega is everything you want in a rental - and MORE! The neighborhood is safe, close to everything (Wal-Mart, 99 cent store, Walgreen's, four banks, nail & hair shops, auto repair & more!) & only a 20 minute drive to Tucson. The neighbors are friendly & Green Valley/Sahuarita always has something fun to do! It's got a great sense of 'community'...
Casa Vega is NOT only a rental - it's a home. You walk thru the door & immediately feel comfortable. It's spotless - has every convenience & a few extras including a 'stress chair' that vibrates tension from your body... Everything is here you could possibly need... A full-sized washer & dryer; side-by-side refrigerator (even staples like salt, pepper, etc.) plus dishes, flatware, glasses, utensils, pots & pans & more.
All you have to do is walk in - unpack (after you've picked your bedroom which isn't easy because they're all beautiful!) - and relax. The Southwestern decor is comforting & comfortable at the same time.
Pick what you want to do IN this home, too! TV, CDs, DVD's, a PlayStation & there's no shortage of beach towels & rafts to use at the pool.
The back patio has a Chiminea with a beautiful wood table & six chairs; torch lites & incredible desert landscaping. Sit at nite & enjoy the quiet as you count the stars; or outside during the day & watch the hummingbirds feast off the tulip trees or red birds of paradise.
We've been here for six months & hate to leave, but must go home to CA... A large part of our hearts will stay here.

Casa Vega is beautifully and completely furnished with linens, NEW Southwestern Queen-sized pillow-top-mattress beds in all three bedrooms. The living Room has a beautiful and comfortable three-piece sofa, accented with side tables and complimented with lighting/fans. A new Sharper Image massage chair was just begging to be added, so I did! Also added recently was a HD 42 inch TV and Blu Ray DVD player with over 100 DVD's. 
The kitchen is a dream with an upgraded steel side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, flatware, cooking utensils and dishes, pots and pans. There?s a new washer and gas dryer which means NO trips to a laundry facility.
The large 42-inch television in the living room comes complete with Blu Ray DVD, Satellite and TIVO including HBO/Cinemax/Showtime/Stars/Sports and more. There's a DVD collection of over 100 dvd's.

The master bedroom has  an alarm clock fan and nice attached private bathroom. The two bathrooms are complete with towels, hairdryers and more.
The exterior is beautifully landscaped with a flagstone-extended patio on which sits a umbrella-topped table that seats six for outside dining or just relaxing. To the side is a huge steel BBQ for the evenings you want to grill rather than go out to dinner in one of the many Green Valley/Sahuarita restaurants. High Speed Portable Internet also available free of charge. Also recently added large DVD collection.

All utilities are included in the rental price.

Pool area is closed during Dec,Jan,Feb as with most properties in the area

Due to the elevation (2,980 feet/908 M), the climate in Green Valley is cooler than in the Phoenix
and Tucson areas which makes an almost perfect year-round temperature.
A short trip on the I-19N freeway to Tucson lets you explore ?Old Tucson?, the ?Arizona Sonora
Desert
Museum?, the University of Arizona, the Pima Air Museum, Kitt Peak, Mt. Lemmon, Reid Park Zoo and so
much more! As you?re driving to Tucson, stop and visit the infamous San Xavier Mission, the Titan
Missile Museum.
Travel South to Tubac, a diverse artist community filled with so many shops that you can spend two
days just exploring them! A little further south and you can explore Nogales, AZ and walk across the
border to Nogales, Mexico for some great bargains. To the East you can visit the infamous town of
Tombstone and the quaint town of Bisbee. All these sites are within minutes or hours of ?Casa
Vega?.
If you?re a golfer, bring your clubs! There are many golf courses in the area with the newest
located
at ?Canoa Ranch? and not that far from Casa Vega. Other courses include San Ignacio Golf Club, Quail Creek CC, Torres Blancas GC, Haven GC, Country Club of Green Valley, Conoa Hills GC, Desert Hills GC and Haven GC.
There are plenty of areas where you can bike, hike and just generally site-see. And? It?s only a one-day drive north to the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff and beautiful Sedona ? or to the California or Mexican beaches.
No matter your age or your mind-set, there?s something to do! Or if you don?t want to do anything,
you can do that, too! Just get away from the rat-race at Casa Vega. I know you?ll enjoy it so much
