Beach Bum Paradise! Dock & Pool in Treasure Island

Fully furnished 2 bedroom with a flat panel tv in the living room and a brand new, awesomely comfy king sized bed in the master bedroom.  The unit is in waterfront complex on ground floor, poolfront. reserved parking space for unit. Complex is located in Paradise Island neighborhood in the town of Treasure Island Beach, an easy walk or bike ride to Beach and downtown shopping.

deck, and coin operated laundry room.
Unit has 3 tv's, dvd player, cd, dishwasher, microwave, two bicycles and
private patio.
Unit comes with all sheets, towels, kitchen utensils, beach chairs,
etc, it is set up for a great beach getaway.

golf and tennis courts down the street. Boat and Jetski rentals are
around the corner. St. Johns pass is a mile down the beach and has
shopping, dining and a marina offering fishing, dining, sightseeing
and gambling cruises. Tampa is about a 30 minute drive with
professional sports, Ybor City, and Busch Gardens. Downtown St.
Pete has world class museums, baseball and a pier. Orlando and
Disney World are about 90 miles away.

High Season: December 1 through May 1 - $2000 per month, 
Off Peak: June through November $1250 per month, or $450 a week,  two
week minimum. Includes electric.

Rates include a 12% Florida sales tax for leases of less than 6
months. Discounted rates are available for leases of 6 months or more.  A reservation/security deposit must be received to hold your
reservation along with a signed rental agreement. Your deposit will
be refunded within 30 days of your departure less any damages. $100
application fee payable to condo association for first time renters of the unit.
