Later in the evening, watch the sun set over the woods from the privacy of your own hot tub.

This house has a peaceful, unobstructed water view from the eat-in kitchen, breakfast room, family room and covered lanai areas. The Master Bedroom has a huge, romantic king-sized bed, 42" flat panel tv, in-suite master bath with jacuzzi-tub/separate shower/double sinks, and sliding glass doors out to the lanai. The spacious family room has oversize plush furniture and big screen tv and is directly off the open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and casual dining area. In addition, there is a complete formal dining room and a formal parlour with cocktail bar. Two additional bedrooms are furnished with king size bed and two twin beds, television, desk. A fourth bedroom features a full-size pullout sofa-bed and twin pull out sofa-bed and functions as an extra sitting room during the
day. Cable tv with premium channels and high-speed internet access and washewr/dryer is included. Bicycles provided for exploring nature trails and getting to/from the community recreation areas.

3,000 acre resort community with lush landscaping, 30 miles of nature trails, surrounded by
conservation land, includes a swimming pool in an adjacent townhome village, tennis, basketball, fitness center, volleyball, softball, soccer, jogging, biking, roller-blading and skateboarding park....two huge grocery stores, restaurants, dry cleaner, medical care, movie theater. The lively pastel-colored town center includes boutique shops and restaurants, martini bar, wine bar with an outdoor livingroom including outdoor fireplace and giant flat panel tv. There is also a beautiful outdoor theater space for performances. Bicycles are included with your rental.
