furnished, including towels and linens, and has an inviting lanai  
with a great view of the saltwater canal. Enjoy boating, fishing or kayaking. 
Spinnaker Point boasts a heated swimming pool with lounge chairs and a restroom, tennis courts,  
and a continuous 1/4 mile dock outside your lanai which is great for a morning 
or evening stroll, or even fishing.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Totally furnished with a TV/DVD, separate laundry room, microwave, coffee  
pot, toaster, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, and stereo. 
There is a Queen size bed in the Master Bedroom and twin beds in the  
second bedroom. The great room has a pull-out couch and a recliner.  
Each bedroom also has a TV.

Activities and Attractions

Close to many golf courses, shopping, Fisherman's village which has  
daily excursions in Charlotte Harbor, boating, and shopping.  Ponce  
De Leon Park is close by and offers a boat launch and areas to  
picnic. 
Take a 30 minute drive to Englewood Beach, or Fort Myers Beach or  
drive about 1 hour to Sanibel. Orlando is just over a 2 hour ride. 
Fish from the dock behind the condo or join one  of the many nearby  
fishing charters. 
Punta Gorda and the surrounding areas have many fine restaurants for  
your enjoyment.
