There is a dining area with a glass and wicker  table and four chairs.
The great room has a pull-out couch, chair and a recliner.
Each bedroom also has a TV.
The kitchen has a new tile floor and the entire condo has just been newly carpeted.

Close to many golf courses, shopping, Fisherman's village which has
daily excursions in Charlotte Harbor, boating, and shopping. Ponce
De Leon Park is close by and offers a boat launch and areas to
picnic and sit in the sand.
Take a 30 minute drive to Englewood Beach, or Fort Myers Beach or
drive about 1 hour to Sanibel. Orlando is just over a 2 hour ride.
Fish from the dock behind the condo or join one of the many nearby
fishing charters.
Punta Gorda and the surrounding areas have many fine restaurants for
your enjoyment or enjoy strolling through the historic town of Punta Gorda .
