Remarkable Caribbean style four bedrooms, three and one half bathroom home in a gated Gulf front community, located just south of Clearwater Beach in the beautiful town of Indian Rocks Beach.
The open floor plan features great room with French doors to the terrace, island kitchen has two breakfast bars, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas range top, two wall ovens, built in microwave, wine cooler and a walk in pantry.
The master bedroom offers French doors to a covered terrace, two walk in custom closets, double sinks, tub and separate walk in shower. There is a "master bedroom" on the lower level of the home containing two queen beds; on the upper level there is a master bedroom containing a king bed, a bedroom containing a queen bed and the remaining bedroom which contains two twin beds. The downstairs "master" bedroom features French doors to the heated splash pool.
