Vacation Rental Description

Lake Travis Vacation Waterfront Condo provide the perfect place for 
an unforgettable vacation.  The Condo has spectacular views of Lake 
Travis. Condo is tastefully furnished with full kitchen that include 
all needed cooking and eating utensils, washer & dryer, color 
televisions with cable, and telephones with local service. There are 
3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and sleeps will sleep 8 persons maximum with 
a King Size Bed in the Master bedroom, Queen Size Bed in the 2nd 
bedroom, 2 Twins in the 3rd bedroom and a Pull-Out Sofa in the 
living room.  The condo has a patio area with propane gas grill and 
patio set. You will have access to the amenities of the condos--you 
can lounge in the sun by the POOL on the lakeside deck or relaxing 
in the HOT TUB while gazing at the stars!! Comes with a private 
COVERED BOAT SLIP so bring your boat or jet ski and enjoy all the 
water sport fun that Lake Travis has to offer!!  Boat Launch is only 
2 minutes by car or boat from the condo.

$300.00 Per Night on Weekdays (Sunday thru Thursday)
$350.00 Per Night on Weekends (Friday/Saturday/Holidays)
$1,950.00 Per Week ( 7 Nights)

Low Season (October 1st thru February 28th)
 
$225.00 Per Night on Weekdays (Sunday thru Thursday)
$250.00 Per Night on Weekends (Friday/Saturday/Holidays)
$1,400.00 Per Week (7 Nights)

2 Night Minimum Stay Required/3 Night Minimum on Holidays.

$50.00 Damage Deposit Insurance Fee & $25.00 Reservation Fee is 
Charged on all Reservations.

11% State & Local Room Tax added to above nightly rates.

Half the amount of the reservation for deposit-Final Half 14 days 
prior to arrival

Cleaning Fee Included with rates.  Linens, Towels, Toliet Paper, 
Paper Towels, Dish Detergent, & Trash Bags are provided.

We accept checks, money orders, visa & mastercard.

Cancellation Policy
A $50.00 Cancellation Fee is charged if you cancel once a 
reservation has been made.  If less than 14 days notice of 
cancellation is given then the Full amount of reservation will be 
charged. If you leave early or are a “no-show”, you will be charged 
for the Full amount of the reservation. Cancellations must be made 
by phone (person to person). No voice mails or e-mails will be 
accepted for cancellations.
