3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and sleeps will sleep 8 persons maximum with
a King Size Bed in the Master bedroom, Queen Size Bed in the 2nd
bedroom, 2 Twins in the 3rd bedroom and a Pull-Out Sofa in the
living room. The condo has a patio area with propane gas grill and
patio set. You will have access to the amenities of the condos--you
can lounge in the sun by the POOL on the lakeside deck or relaxing
in the HOT TUB while gazing at the stars!! Comes with a private
COVERED BOAT SLIP so bring your boat or jet ski and enjoy all the
water sport fun that Lake Travis has to offer!! Boat Launch is only
2 minutes by car or boat from the condo.

Half the amount of the reservation for deposit-Final Half 14 days
prior to arrival

Cleaning Fee Included with rates. Linens, Towels, Toliet Paper,

Cancellation Policy
A $50.00 Cancellation Fee is charged if you cancel once a
reservation has been made. If less than 14 days notice of
cancellation is given then the Full amount of reservation will be
charged. If you leave early or are a “no-show”, you will be charged
for the Full amount of the reservation. Cancellations must be made
by phone (person to person). No voice mails or e-mails will be
accepted for cancellations.
