Vacation Rental Rate:
With the Months of May and September we will offer the Rent/week1200
With the months of June, July & August we will need 1800to 2200. per week.
Check in 2:00pm on Friday
Checkout is 10:00am on Friday
Rent is due 2 weeks before arrival sending  the full amount agreed on for the week of renting. the week of July 4th 1900 
Reservation deposit of $500.oorequired to book your week. This is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled.  This
becomes your security deposit upon check-in and will be refunded to
you within 10 days of you departure of the cottage. The cottage must
be left in the same condition as upon arrival. If not interested in cleaning the fee is 150.00.
I will make a package deal with the cottage and pontoon rental, to be determined.


Pontoon Rental available, no partial week, $900.00 for full week. Ask for details if interested. 2 week rental at a discounted rate!!!!
