Incredible Beach Vacation

I absolutely love this vacation rental and have raved about it to all my family and friends!! My husband and I have stayed in this condo for the past three years, and we have made so many wonderful memories and consider it a place we will come together year after year. We first stayed here while I was pregnant with my first child, then came back the second year with our baby, and came back during this last visit with our growing toddler and pregnant with my second baby. We are excited to continue to vacation here with our growing family and make many more memories together!

This condo was just as described and we were impressed with how inviting and clean everything was. My husband and I love that we could see and hear the ocean from every room, and it was awesome to be so close to the ocean and next door to the Hotel Del and be within walking distance to the main street in Coronado. The owner was very easy to work with and was very quick to respond with the details of the trip and any questions we had. She even had beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use, which was so convenient. The amenities are wonderful...swimming pools, hot tubs, BBQs, tennis courts, wireless internet and free long distance phone.

This location is perfect for romantic getaways and at the same time, perfect for family vacations! Very highly recommend!!

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Sounds of the ocean

Easily our favorite vacation rental. Every night we fell asleep to the sounds of the ocean (that was our choice... this place is quiet). Well decorated (an upscale beach theme: lots of sweeping lines) and well appointed. We often prepared our own meals, but there are a lot of great restaurants in walking distance (The Del, with its shops and 1500 Ocean, is right next door).

The amenities were great: try the hot tub after surfing (rentals are available nearby).

The owner was a pleasure to work with and the building staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. We are looking forward to returning many times in the future.

Recommended for: age 55+, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Location, location, location and luxury!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this extraordinary condo overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This custom designed condo offered us comfort and luxury at every turn. From fine linens to the wonderfully cozy bed, we definitely felt like royalty! It was incredible to open the sliding glass doors, especially at night, and hear the surf in the bedroom. The well-stocked kitchen had everything we needed to prepare any meal of the day but it was also very easy to walk 4 quick minutes to the Del Coronado Hotel, right next door, for delicious meals and live entertainment. Pools, jacuzzis, tennis courts, indoor parking, and the nicest doormen in Coronado all added up to make this an incredible vacation. The location of this condo was important for us because we didn’t want to have to drive everywhere. The beach…right outside the door, the bay…across the street, and the charming town of Coronado…a short 10 minute stroll, made this the perfect location for us and will be the same for anyone who wants a get-away that’s miles apart from “ordinary”. This is now our rental of choice in Coronado.
