4000 square foot Lakefront Home in Monadnock

Located in Jaffrey, NH, our house is situated directly on the water, Gilmore Pond, which is a
pristine trout pond, stocked annually. There is no cleaner pond in the region, no milfoil- you can
actually see the bottom! (There are no jet skiis or waterskiing on this lake so it is best for
fishing, kayaking and swimming.) Our location is ideal for fishing, hiking, and biking with your own
private beach, a 3 mile loop to walk, bike and run and 10 minutes to the base of Mount Monadnock. We are located in southern New Hampshire, about an hour and a half drive from Boston.

The house is spacious with a large 3 season porch and dining area overlooking the Pond. It has a wood stove and hard wood floors. There is a deck area for grilling directly off the 3 season porch which overlooks the pond.  A granite patio is also connected to the 3 season porch and provides a separate eating area on the other side of the house.

There are five bedrooms with a total of 2 twin beds, 2 full beds, a queen and a king upstairs. Two bathrooms are located upstairs and a 1/2 bath is downstairs.

We have a "swim to" raft and boat dock and a great view of Mount Monadnock.

Inside: Full-Kitchen, 2 refrigerators, washer/dryer, microwave, dishes, bedspeads, local phone, 2 large flat screen TVs, wireless internet connection.

Outside: 3 Kayaks, rowboat, gas grill, swim raft, boat dock, sandy beach

House Rates for 2013 Season.

Normally rentals are available from June through October.
Rates are as follows:

June 29th-Sept. 1st:$2200 per week
Sept through October $1800 per week
