old town 1 bedroom condo in Scottsdale

This condo is in the heart of downtown Scottsdale. Sunny and light,
this one bedroom condo is on the ground floor steps away from the
pool and clubhouse. It is fully furnished with linens, bedding for
the queen sized bed along with a fully equipped kitchen with
coffeemaker, microwave, blender and more.  The
living room is furnished with sofa and chairs, TV and VCR/DVD. There
is 24 hour security service on the property. The community laundry
room is steps away. The peaceful patio overlooks the pool area and
green lawns. Also included is phone, cable TV, internet connection and utilities along
with covered parking. Only non-smokers inside the condo in order to
maintain a clean environment for our guests. No pets, please

Two heated pools, along with a Jacuzzi, are located on the grounds.
Streams, fountains, and lush mature landscapes are along the walking
paths. BBQ gas grills are located throughout, one next to the
condo. The community clubhouse is close by with big screen TV,
fireplace, pool table and card tables.

All that Scottsdale has to offer is close by: gourmet restaurants,
shopping at upscale Fashion Square Mall, the art galleries of Main
Street, challenging golf courses,biking and walking paths,
entertainment venues, art museums and spring training facilities.
Camelback Mountain with its hiking trails is nearby. The Sonoran
Desert offers hiking and biking trails and our famous sunsets.

Peak season (November-April) $600-$700 per week
Non-peak season (May-October)$500-$550 per week
All prices are negotiable
$500 security deposit required, will be returned minus a $50 cleaning
fee if condo is left in the same condition it was found
