Spacious Private Family Home in Barra de Navidad

Our villa is in the delightful, vibrant village of Barra de Navidad.
We are in a residential area, there is good neighbourhood shopping
and we are within easy walking distance to both the marvellous beach
and the bustling town center where you will find a great variety of
good restaurants and shopping.
Our casa is a spacious, well equipped, comfortable two storey family
dwelling.The house and grounds are fully walled and enclosed for
privacy and security. Within the eight to twelve foot walls are a
good sized pool(14x27),a palapa, a tropical garden, a refreshing
fountain and two separate dining and BBQ areas.
Indoors,the large, open living/dining area includes a full size pool
table and sound system. On the main floor there is also a well
equipped kitchen and full bathroom. Upstairs you will find a den/TV-
DVD area, the master bedroom (king) with private bathroom and two
double bedrooms(one double bed and two single beds) which share a
bathroom. There are ceiling and floor fans throughout and there are
two large balconies front and rear upstairs.The house is well
equipped; plenty of linens, towels, books, games, water sport
equipment and two bicycles.
Maid and gardener/pool maintenace come twice weekly.
