Our large secure villa is in the delightful, vibrant village of Barra de Navidad. We are in a quiet residential area with good neighbourhood shopping and within easy walking distance to both the marvellous beach and the bustling town center where you will find a great variety of good restaurants and shopping. Our casa is a spacious, well equipped, comfortable two storey family dwelling.The house and guest casita as well as the pool, garden and grounds are fully walled and enclosed for privacy and security. Within the eight to twelve foot walls we discover a good sized pool(14x27),a large palapa, tropical gardens, a refreshing fountain and two separate dining and BBQ areas.Indoors,the large, open living/dining area includes a full size pool table and sound system. On the main floor there is also a well equipped kitchen and full bathroom. Upstairs you will find a den/TV/DVD area, the master bedroom (king) with ensuite bathroom and two double bedrooms(one double bed and two single beds) which share a bathroom. There are ceiling and floor fans throughout and there are two large balconies front and rear upstairs. The casita has a closed bedroom, full bath and kitchen and has AC. The house is well equipped and impeccably maintained; plenty of linens, towels, books, games, water sport equipment. Maid and gardener/pool maintenace come twice weeklyThis is a non smoking house.
