Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful contemporary country home very close to skiing and hiking, 
nestled within fifteen private wooded acres overlooking a stream. 20 
minutes to Woodstock, 15 minutes to Saugerties (Horse shows in the 
Sun), 15 minutes from Hunter and  20 minutes to Windham Mountains 
for skiing, 10 minutes to NYS thruway,10 minutes to waterfalls, 
mountain climbing, and two Lakes. Do you need a lot of space and 
comfort? This house is 3 stories, open floor plan with cathedral 
ceiling on main floor, 3 brand new bathrooms one of which is 
equipped with a steam room. There is also an an outdoor shower and a 
private swimming hole in the summertime. There is a lovely 
cooks kitchen if you prefer to dine-in or entertain. There is also a 
personal shopper, catering service and a housekeeper available for 
an extra fee, if needed. House also features a laundry room, 2 
garages (great for skiers), hardwood floors, new appliances, and

$2500 major holiday weeks; Easter, 4th of July, Memorial/Labor Day, 
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, etc.
$5000 per month


$1000 security deposit and rental application required, no pets
