Vacation Rental Description

This is a Waterfront cottage - you can swim,fish,boat and enjoy the lake right here.  

This roomy, open cottage is ready for your family vacation this summer!  It is in a great location 
on 
the open lake with a covered dock and sand bottom swim area. You will have a great view of the lake 
and lots of room to relax in the yard, swim or fish.  The cottage is also close to restaurants and 
shopping in Russell's Point.

The cottage has a vaulted ceiling, wood floors, ceiling fans and 
large windows. There are three bedrooms including three double beds 
and a set of bunk beds. The kitchen is well equipped with a full 
refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes and 
utensils.

Outside you'll enjoy the grassy lake side yard and patio with a 
table, umbrella and chairs. There is a sand bottom swim area along 
the shoreline.  This no wake zone is a great spot to enjoy the lake. 
The covered dock will accomodate your boat or water toys. A gas 
grill and fire pit are available. 

There is wonderful fishing in the lake, including great spots from 
the dock. You could enjoy many watersports on the lake or explore 
the local beaches.  The cottage is an short walk to Fox Island park 
and beach. You could also walk into Russell's Point where there are 
many restaurants and shopping.

There is a covered dock and swim area right in front. There is also a shaded yard and patio to enjoy 
your vacation.

Kneeboarding, Kayaking, Exploring Beaches, Golfing, Horseback riding 
and Bicycling.  

Vacation Rental Rates

                        2008 Season

Rates $800 per week, $450/weekend (Saturday to Monday) and $125 per 
night weekdays (two night minimum) for Memorial Day to Labor Day. 
Holiday rates apply for Memorial Day, Labor Day, Fourth of July. 
Off season rates vary, inquire for spring and fall rates.

Rates are for 1-4 people.  Children 12 and under (up to four) no 
extra charge, adults $15/night.

Linens and towels are not provided.

This is a non-smoking home.  Smoking only permitted outside.
