Thunder House is a rustic, Southwestern, getaway with all the modern

The living room massive fireplace is flanked by two beautiful sunken

$225 per night (Sun-Thur)

You may rent Thunder House and Buffalo Cottage together or
separately. Please see our official website for specific photos of
this rental.

There is a two night minimum stay on weekends and during peak season
and a three night minimum on holidays. Please call for current Specials.

Check In is at 3pm

Check OUT is at 11am

Deposits: All reservations require a 50% deposit of total due at the
time of booking.

Final Payment: Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation & Refunds: Written notification is required for
cancellation. If written notification is received more than 30 days
prior to the arrival date, all payments received, minus a 10%
cancellation fee, will be refunded. If cancellation occurs within 30
days of arrival, any refund is subject to the ability to re-rent the
property. If the property is not re-rented, no money will be refunded.
If the property is re-rented, all payments, minus a $150 cancellation
fee, will be refunded for the period of time the property is re-rented.

No money is refunded in the event of an early departure.

No Shows will be charged the entire amount of their reservation.

We strictly enforce our cancellation policy and do not offer exceptions.

Damage and theft: All property will be assessed after each guest's
stay; any damage or theft will be immediately charged to the guest.
