Booking & Cancellation Policy:

 A two-night deposit will be charged to
your credit card at the time of booking. Balance is due upon arrival
to the hotel. Deposit is refundable if cancellation occurs at least 14
days prior to arrival date. Unused nights, No Shows and/or early
departures are not refundable.
For Christmas and New Years reservations a 50%
deposit will be charged. Deposit is refundable - 25USD if cancellation occurs
at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Unused nights, No Shows and/or
early departures are not refundable.
