located in Dresden on the west side of Seneca Lake. There is a large
master bedroom right next to the bathroom and a 2nd bedroom directly
across from the bathroom. The kitchen has a microwave, stove,
coffee maker and dishwasher available for use. The large living
room has a fireplace and gorgeous views of Seneca Lake. There is
also a naturally shaded patio just off the living room. 54 feet of
lake frontage are just a few steps down the yard from the house.
There is a new dock for use with boat slips. There is also a beach
house with a fireplace.

The house is centrally located east of Penn Yan, south of Geneva and
north of Watkins Glen & right on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. Gas,
grocery stores, movie theaters, restaurants and shopping in Penn Yan
(6 miles from house), Geneva (15 miles from house), Watkins Glen (25
miles from house) and Canandaigua (30 miles from house).
