Vacation Rental Amenities

The Villa features 3 bedrooms plus extra sleeping including baby crib, cradle and queen-size air 
mattresses. Outdoor living and entertaining space includes 7-person spa with waterfall and lights in 
an expansive garden view lanai with canopied sunbed, chaises for sunning and dining area with gas 
grill.

Master Bedroom features sheer-canopied king bed with hypoallergenic pillow-top Serta matress and 400 
thread count Egyptian cotton linens. Master Bath ensuite with deluxe jacuzzi, double sinks and 
separate glass enclosed shower. Walk-in closet, TV and DVD player. 

Guest bedroom 2 includes queen bed with hypoallergenic pillow-top Serta matress and 400 thread count 
Egyptian cotton linens, 27 inch TV with DVD/VCR player and private bath.

Guest bedroom 3 includes 2 twin beds, 27 inch TV with DVD/VCR player and PlayStation 2, with 
shared bath. 

Extra sleeping includes easy to inflate/deflate air mattresses, cradle & crib for infants & 
toddlers. Sleeping spaces are Berber-carpeted with new hypoallergenic pillow top deluxe mattresses, 
fluffy down duvets and 400 thread-count Egyptian cotton linens. Hawaiian-print robes and Japanese 
happi coats are also provided in each bedroom for guests to enjoy throughout the entire stay. 
Cordless telephone provided in each room with separate phone plus answering machine in the kitchen. 
Master and guest bedroom with access to lanai.

The Great Room features high definition widescreen plasma television with DVD, VCR and surround
