Vacation Rental Description

This unit is a bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome with direct oceanviews 
from all areas downstairs and the master bedroom upstairs.  You will 
enjoy sitting on the balcony during your stay and watching the waves 
roll in.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This unit has large screen color TV with DVD player and surround 
souond technology and a CD player in the family room.  Both bedrooms 
upstairs equipped with color TV and DVD players.  The kitchen is 
fully equipped for the days you want to cook and we have one the 
areas best Italian restraunts just across the street.  Many other 
great restraunts are only a short drive up or down the beach.

Activities and Attractions

This unit is located a few steps from the large swimming pool in the 
center of the complex that also has great ocean views.  We have a 
miniature gold course to practice your putting before heading off to 
any one of the many great golf courses.

Vacation Rental Rates

Our rates run from $900 a week during the fall and winter to $1,300 
for the summer months.  Monthly rates are $2,100 during the fall and 
winter and $3,900 during the summer.
