best of both worlds! Spend your day kayaking or canoeing on "Little
Donna Bay" while the resident bald eagle soars overhead or take a
short five minute drive (by car or boat) to the beautiful Venice
Jetties/beaches. Experience great fishing directly from the
backyard with over 200 feet of shoreline at your disposal.

The cottage is surrounded by water on two sides and is fenced and
landscaped on the remaining sides to create a wonderful feeling of
privacy while still being situated just a short distance from all
the
activities that make the gulf coast of Florida one of the top travel
destinations around the globe.

This cottage is a fully furnished 2 bedroom 1 bath with a large
living area which also houses a queen sized Murphy bed (Murphy bed
is in addition to the two bedrooms)for your overnight visitors as
well as a sofa, love seat and recliner, large kitchen and a separate
dining room (approximately 1300 square feet of living area). There
is a washer/dryer, a canoe and 2 kayaks on premises for your
exclusive use. Cable service included.
