Gulf Front Beach House in Anna Maria Island

Step out and you’re on the Gulf beaches. Located on quiet
north end of Anna Maria Island (Bradenton) in a very private
setting. Raised house offers the best view of the Gulf on Anna
Maria. Open living room, kitchen, dining room and lots of windows
offer sunny, airy feel. View of Gulf available from each of these
rooms. Three bedrooms will sleep six. Two large bedrooms with two
single beds each and a master bedroom with king-size bed, large walk-
in closet and bathroom. Full kitchen with center bar. Dining area
in front of kitchen offers Gulf views while you eat. Deck with
outdoor table and chairs and BBQ grill. Full two car carport.

Many of the Gulf Coast and Central Florida's attractions are within
an easy driving distance from our vacation home.

Our own town of Bradenton boasts the spring training home of the
Pittsburgh Pirates. We also have one of the best areas for Gulf
water fishing in the state, either from our Anna Maria piers - a short
walk from our house - or from daily scheduled fishing boats nearby. Bradenton
shares an airport with Sarasota and has a number of direct flights
from various cities in the US and Canada. Distance to house from
the airport is about 15 miles.  

Sarasota, less than 1/2 hour away, has the Baltimore Orioles spring training home, Mote Marine Aquatic Laboratory/Aquarium and Myakka State Park.

Tampa/St. Petersburg is less than an hour away. This area has Tampa
Airport (60 minutes to house), Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Pro
Football), Lightning (Pro Hockey) and the Rays (Pro Baseball), Busch
Gardens, Florida Aquarium, and number of professional spring
training teams (Yankees, Blue Jays and Phillies).

Orlando, about two hours away, has Disney World, Sea World,
Universal Studios and much more entertainment. It also is home to a number of
baseball teams during the spring training.
