1,500 square feet of central air-conditioned and heated living space.  
Master Bedroom Suite features luxurious tile bath with sunken tub,  
private shower and walk-in closet. It also offers a massive Great  
Room with vaulted ceilings, fans, and beautiful clay tile floors. The  
ambience of this home gives the feeling of your own private resort. 
 
Spacious Kitchen with breakfast bar and kitchen table, refrigerator  
with ice maker, range, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, cookware and  
all utensils. 
 
A Large 50' x 12' Screened tile porch adjoins all rooms, offering  
magnificent views of the water, as well as the perfect place for  
enjoying tropical ocean breezes, outdoor dining, or a casual beverage. 
 
Other amenities include: king size beds, sleeper sofa in Great Room,  
linens and towels, television/cable,  DVD, stereo, local telephone,  
cloths washer and dryer. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Beautiful tropical setting of large royal palms, many flowering  
plants, night time ground lighting, stainless steel gas barbecue,  
patio furniture, chaise lounges for sunbathing, double-wide concrete  
drive, and four space carport under the house.  Plenty of parking for  
boat trailers. Private boat ramp available at our sister home across  
the channel, use at your own risk. 
 
Boat Dockage: 
One boat slip behind the house marked 4, dedicated to the property,  
measures 15 feet wide by up to 45 feet long, with pilings for a four  
point tie-up. Other amenities include a fish cleaning table, water  
and 120v electric outlet. Located on a clean, deep-water, 200-foot- 
wide canal with easy, unobstructed (no bridges) Atlantic Ocean access. 
Approximately 1.3 miles to open ocean.

Monthly Rate: $3000 - $5000 
Mini Season: $2000,  
Regular Season: $2000 
Last minute specials available. 
All rentals are subject to Florida Tax of 11.5% & minimum $75  
cleaning fee. 
Reservation deposit (50% of Total Rental) must be received in advance  
to confirm dates. 
Cancellations less than 30 days will forfeit full deposit amount.
