lush and colorful landscaping, you’ll feel like you’re on top of the 
world. It features breathtaking, unobstructed 180 degree views of the 
ocean, Channel Islands, harbor and city. Enjoy ocean breezes and 
glorious sunsets while dining on the spacious patio overlooking it 
all. Finish the day with a soak in the outdoor spa while watching the 
twinkling lights of the city below.  
 
Located on a private and tranquil private road, this sunny and bright 
single story home is a peaceful retreat. Its’ tropical interior theme 
was inspired by the landscape outside. The master bedroom has a queen 
sized bed and large picture windows showcasing the beautiful views. 
The back bedroom has a queen sized bed, and looks out onto the lovely 
backyard gardens. There is an office with a pull out futon as well as 
a mirrored exercise studio that is 
equipped with a NordicTrack elliptical trainer and plenty of floor 
space for yoga or stretching. The gourmet kitchen features state of 
the art stainless steel appliances, including a “Sub Zero” wine cooler.
