Key West style Old Florida bungalow situated in the heart of Pass-A-
Grille's Historic District. One short block to the Gulf of Mexico and
just steps to Boca Ceiga Bay. (Google Map it!)

The property consists of a 3bdr/2ba cottage with garage loft 1bdr/0ba.

COTTAGE is continually being updated.  It has 2 decks - one in front that looks at Boca Ceiga Bay and an intimate secluded covered porch with outdoor furniture,
fan and lights between home and garage. A privacy fence surrounds the
home. Original wood floors, a romantic fireplace, ceiling fans, central air, cabana striped awnings, red aluminum roof, tropical artwork and furnishings, complete the charm
of old Florida living, with contemporary amenities.

LOFT-The garage was designed with a loft which has 2
twin beds and a 1/2 kitchen. We have found it ideal for teenagers,
since it has it's own exit and entrance. The loft is finished with
beautiful tongue-in-groove paneling, has an upstairs and downstairs,
has it's own powerful air conditioner/heat wall unit which keeps the
temp just how you like it. A small microwave,  and
kitchen sink along with plenty of cupboard space, games,
TV/DVD/CD/Playstation 1 (and a few PS1 games) all available. (bath
not attached, must walk 6 steps across back porch to access.)

Waterfront, overlooks Boca Ceiga Bay. Pass-A-Grille Way is
immediately in front of the cottage, then the seawall.

COTTAGE = 3 bedrooms- Master bedroom has 1 queen bed, 2nd bedroom has 1 double
bed, 1 twin daybed in Florida room that can be closed off from the rest of the cottage;

LOFT = 1 bedroom - 2 twins in loft.

COTTAGE= 2 full baths. Home with loft comfortably sleeps 2-7.
Fully equipped kitchen with full sized appliances, dishwasher, microwave,
refrigerator, smooth top range, oven, toaster oven, toaster, blender, crock pot, wok, Krupp's Espresso Maker and large self standing water cooler. (an extra 5 gallon water jug is supplied) Loft has 1/2 kitchen.(no range or oven)
Working fireplace, central air in home (wall unit in loft). basic cable,
TVs (3-1 50" flat screen), VCR (1) DVD (3), stereo, PlayStation 1, CD, land phone with answering machine, speakers on front deck, Ducane BBQ (gas) grill and wireless Internet access-bring your laptop! 2 off street
parking spaces.
With the traditional touches, we include the following to ensure
your comfort: washer/dryer, nice luxurious linens, hairdryers,
beach towels, a rolling cooler, some toys for youngsters, beach
chairs, four plush robes, gourmet coffee and an assortment of teas
and all the makings for a first light breakfast. (pineapple muffins
and butter, Florida orange juice, fruit, and a bottle of white wine for your enjoyment)
Garage has an additional refrigerator with freezer available for use.
Pet OK ONLY with owner permission and deposit. Absolutely no more
than 2 animals permitted. Flea and tick meds are mandatory.
Smoking outside only.

Fishing, boating, shelling, dolphin watching, charter boats,
shuffleboard, bicycle rental, jet ski and boat rentals, city activity center with exercise
classes (small fee), tennis courts, basketball courts.
Shopping in the Historic District. Boutiques, galleries, Evander
Preston jewelry designer, cafes, organic fruits and vegetables and
restaurants.
Trolley stop just steps away.

1 week minimum stay.

2011/2012 RATES:

January 1 - April 31 = $1,750.00/1 week.  $5,000.00/1 month. plus add'l (see below)

May 1 - October 31 = $1,350.00/1 week.  $3,750.00/1 month.  plus add'l (see below)

November 1 - December 31 = $1,750.00/1 week.  $5,000.00/1 month. plus add'l (see below)

Additional:
4% Pinellas County Tourist Tax and 8% Florida sales tax applies
$125.00 cleaning fee. Non-refundable animal fee, if applicable.
Animal deposit is not refundable, no more than 2 pets allowed - must be confirmed
by owner before check-in. $150.00/pet

Reservation Deposit:
$500.00 deposit for stays of less than 1 month.
$1,000.00 deposit for stays from 2-6 months.
$1,500.00 deposit for stays of more than 6 months.

When reservation deposit is received, your stay dates are confirmed.
Deposits will be refunded up to 30 days before reservation date.
Deposit and rental fees in the form of personal check, bank check, cashier/money order or
Pay Pal. (If using PayPal please include the additional 2.9% user fee)
Balance is due 14 days before confirmed reservation date. U.S.
currency please.
