living room and master suite are on the upper level all overlooking Cape Cod Bay. On the lower level are an additional two bedrooms; one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed,and an additional den, all with views of 
Cape Cod Bay in Wellfleet. There is also an outside shower on the lower level with woderful ocean views.
The deck with expansive water views is located on the upper level adjacent to the dining area, equipped with a gas barbecue grill, lounge chairs and table seating for dining all overlooking the waters of Cape Cod Bay.
Convenient to bay and ocean beaches and kettle ponds, Audubon
Center, Cape Cod Rail Trail, biking, golf, town center, art galleries, and live summer theater. Provincetown is a short 20 minute drive and offers an array of boutiques, art galleries, fine dining, deep sea fishing, whale watching, ferry to Boston and airport.
