Vacation Rental Description

Located in the famous Sugar Hill Resort, which is only 5 mins drive 
away from one of the most popular West Coast beaches. This exquisite 
five bedroom villa is set in an acre of beautifully landscaped 
gardens and boasts the most fantastic sea views.  Upstairs three air-
conditioned bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms open on to a large 
covered balcony.  The fourth bedroom is located downstairs on the 
main level and also opens on to the terrace.  Located by the pool is 
a guest cottage with a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom.  Blue 
Waters is elegantly furnished throughout and our guests have the 
choice of dining under the covered terrace or on the pool deck by 
the large infinity pool and jacuzzi.  There is also a gazebo with 
wet bar and BBQ facilities.    

Vacation Rental Amenities

As part of the exclusive 50 acre Sugar Hill Resort our guests can 
enjoy the use of the many facilities available including tennis, gym 
and use of the Club House with a restaurant and large main pool.  
Guests also have access to the members area of the Suga Suga Beach 
Club with lots of activities to fill your days.      Guests can 
choose to enjoy the watersports, dine at the restaurant or enjoy the 
spa.

The main house has a pool and jacuzzi and a coverd gazebo with BBQ 
facilities

Blue Waters comes fully staffed with a Cook and a Maid/Laundress

Activities and Attractions

Blue Waters comes with the use of a AC, Atomatic,  fully loaded 
Suzuki Grand Vitara Jeep.
