living room, dining and kitchen. King in the master, king in the 2nd  
master, queen in the third and two singles in the loft bedroom.  
Walking path along the ocean. Maximum of 7 people. Washer and Dryer  
in the unit. Full two car enclosed garage. Fully furnished. All the  
amenities of Sea Bluff. Beach towels, boogie boards, umbrella etc.  
included. 
 
Sea Bluff is a one of a kind gated community. Located in Leucadia in  
the city of Encinitas, this 50 acres of ocean front property has 255  
townhomes, beautiful landscaped grounds with over 900 trees, large  
green belts, and security guards.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Sea Bluff has five lighted tennis courts, two separate heated  
swimming pools, one with a Jacuzzi, and a small play area for the  
toddlers. Private steps lead down to a beautiful sandy beach where  
good swimming, surfing, and boogie boarding are available. No matter  
where you are as a guest in the complex, you just walk to the  
center, down the walkway and down the stairs to the ocean.  
 
Five units per acre is rarely seen (most complexes have 17 units per  
acre and half the acreage), but Sea Bluff is that rare and unusual  
gem. The units are adjacent to each other; none above or below. If  
you're looking for that quiet and serene vacation, this is the place  
to be. It's a great place to make those family memories.
