Beautiful island home... Just 2 miles to ocean BEACHES and one mile
from town center. Farm Neck Golf Course is one mile away. Lagoon is 1/2
mile away, as is Sailing Camp. This stunning home was recently built
(2004). Home is located in the beautiful and quiet subdivision of 
Vineyard Hills in Oak Bluffs. Very clean, spacious, new and 
contemporary, this home is flooded  with light! House features a 
main floor master suite with private bath (and dual showerheads). 
French doors open up onto the expansive back deck. Two more bedrooms 
and a second full bath are upstairs, as well as an office. An 
outside shower awaits you after a day at the beach. Linens and towels 
available for a rental fee of $89.00.

not be disappointed with this choice of a clean and comfortable 
Martha's Vineyard vacation property.

State Forest is right down the road!! Go biking, walking,
rollerblading - you name it! Also, minutes to Featherstone Farm, MV
Sailing Camp, State Beach, the oldest operating carousel in the
country: "Flying Horses", Ocean Park, Oak Bluffs ferry,
restaurants, nightclubs, ice cream shops, and so much more!! Easy
drive to this property from MV airport or Vineyard Haven and Oak
