Brand new, fully furnished two bedroom, two bath, 1600 square foot
condominium including 200 square foot balcony with a pond view.
This complex is a gated community that features a clubhouse with a
fitness center, dry sauna, changing facilities, ping-pong table, and
large multi-purpose room with kitchen area. Elevator access in
parking garage with carts provided for easy transporting of luggage,
groceries, etc. Roof top access is also available. Across from our
building is a heated pool with covered patio deck area, barbeque
facilities, jacuzzi spa, two lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard
courts, putting green, and basketball courts.

Our unit is located on the third floor, directly across the street
from the no-vehicle beach. There is a king bed in our master suite,
queen bed in the guest room, and a full-size sleeper sofa in the
family room. The large master bath has a Jacuzzi tub, separate
shower, and a large vanity with two sinks. The kitchen boasts all
expected amenities with new appliances and a convient breakfast
bar. The laundry room is located off of the kitchen and has a full
size washer and dryer.
