The condo is situated on Inkwell beach, noted for its warmer
waters due to a shallow sandy beach and the presence of a jetty on

Oak Bluffs enjoys the gingerbread cottage community and has
weekly concerts performed in its oudoor tabernacle. The town also has

Beautiful Waterfront Condo

jeff/cheryl (Rehoboth, MA)
Review submitted: May 18, 2009   Date of arrival: May 15, 2009

My husband and I rented this condo for 4 days and had a wonderful time. The condo has all the comforts of home. The owner is very accommodating and the pictures were exactly as pictured. The whole transaction was a pleasure. The condo was very well maintained inside and out. There were contractors working everyday we were there, this did not interfere with our stay. The only complaint we had was with the WiFi, we were unable to connect to the internet most of the time. When we did connect it would only stay connected for about 10 minutes. We took our car over and I would highly recommend doing so. There is so much to see and so many nice beaches to explore. The condo had an awesome view of the ocean and park. Bring your golf clubs and practice your skills in the park. There are 2 beach chairs available for use. We ate at the Lookout which is in walking distance. They have an excellent lobster roll and fish and chips. I would highly recommend this property to family and friends. I am sure we will be renting this condo again in the future.

Owners response: We are pleased that others feel the condo and the island provide a nice respite away. Regarding the construction, the porch needed replacing and will be completed by June 1, 2009. The Wi-Fi throughout the building is fairly new and we will attend to the glitches. We appreciate all comments and suggestions. It only makes for a more enjoyable visit when you come. Barbara

Perfect In Every Way

Review submitted: November 9, 2010   Date of arrival: October 11, 2010

I was fortunate to be able to stay in this lovely Condo for 4 wonderful weeks. The owner thoughtfully provides everything needed as if you were staying in your own home except, naturally, food. There is a good market within walking distance, plus several nice restaurants. Views of the water from the LR windows and side deck are priceless. Bedrooms are comfortable, bathrooms spacious and the entire Condo is very tastefully decorated. I would not hesitate to return here again.

Great Location in Oak Bluffs!

Jen (Connecticut)
Review submitted: June 29, 2010   Date of arrival: June 19, 2010

We just spent a wonderful week in this condo. It's even more beautiful then the pictures show! The location is perfect being right across the street from a popular beach, & only a few minutes walk from the harbor and down town. The condo has everything you need for your stay, the kitchen is loaded with dishes, cups, pans.... The livingroom is cozy too! We have 3 children so we thought Oak Bluffs was the perfect place to stay. We did bring our car over so we were able to explore the whole island. Some must sees are the sunset in Memensha, the cliffs, South Beach, and you must eat downtown at Nancy's. Oh and it's fun to walk around Edgartown as well. This was by the best family vacation we've had in a long time!
