It has a newly added "Spool" which is a heated small pool which can also be used as a hot tub in the cooler seasons.  It provides 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with the Large Master Bedroom located on the 2nd floor with an awesome gulf view and a private covered deck.

Close to the medley of restaurants and shops scattered throughout Seagrove and a short-distance from Seaside, this beach house is the perfect getaway for families and friends (sleeps up to 10). You will love the convenience of the kitchen (Granite Countertops and Stainless steel appliances) and den areas being located on the first floor with no steps to climb.

All Three bedrooms have King Size beds, and there is also a twin bed in the Master bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the den area.

Enjoy the Gulf-views from the spacious balconies and unwind in the pool or walk 30 seconds to the beautiful beach. The 42" Plasma Flat Panel TV in the den and all the comforts of this home make "ASDIP" just the perfect beach house getaway.
