Vacation Rental Description

Aloha and welcome to our home in paradise where memories are made.  
Come relax on the lanai with the ocean in the background, read your 
favorite book, drink your favorite beverage and with any luck see the 
spinner dolphins or possibly whales during winter months.  Enjoy our 
tropically furnished condo with all the amenities of home.  Relax by 
the pool or enjoy sunsets at the barbeque or private lanai with full 
ocean view.  Just steps from the ocean and a short 15 minute walk to 
kailua town.  We are centrally located for easy access to all island 
activities.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Phone, Cable TV, Stereo, CD/DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, 
microwave, new dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils provided, 
linens, new washer/dryer, pool (shared), gas grill (BBQ) for 
entertaining, Ceiling fans, Iron, Hairdryer, beach towels, coolers, 
beach chairs, beach mats, boogie board.

Hiking, Biking, Golf, Fitness Center, Fishing, Horseback Riding,

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season--December 15-April 15...$125.00/night
Low Season--April 16-December 14....$105.00/night
Ironman Triathalon held in Oct. rates higher
Discounts for stays over 21 days.
In addition to above rates an 11.42% Hawaii tax applies
Non-Smoking Unit / No pets allowed
Rates based on double occupancy/ 4 night minimum stay
$200 refundable security deposit required for booking/ $95.00 
cleaning fee.  Total balance due 30 days prior to arrival, if 
cancellation less than 30 days no refund on deposit of rent given.
