remodeled in 2007, 2800 sq ft of cottage charm perfection. Perfect
for entertaining & family holiday get aways.
The main house (2100 sq. ft) has am amazing great room w/
fireplace, gourmet kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms and 1 & 1/4 baths,
washer/dryer. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and
daybed (twin)and a private sitting area that looks out to the
great room. All of the decks are off the main area, with stairs down
to the patio/fire pit. There is an optional garage loft that is 400
sq ft, has 2 twin beds (which can also be put together to make a
king). Couple chairs and TV/DVD. Great kids place away from the main
living area.
Downstairs cottage retreat has a bedroom with king size bed, full
bath, living room and french doors out to the patio and private entrance. You can get to the downstairs via the main house, or separate entrance.  The upstairs main house may be rented separately for a reduced rate. Owner would be on premise, and has 2 english labs.
All beds have cozy down comforter duvets, pillows, luxurous blankets and sheets
Consider the property like a "home exchange" without the exchage as it is my primary residence that
I'm renting out on a limited basis each year. You'll have all the luxuries of your own home!!
Access to a 2007 92' yacht for chartering; Newport Harbor
or trips to Catalina.
