The main house (2100 sq. ft) has am amazing great room w/ an old rock wood burning 
fireplace, gourmet kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms and 1 & 1/4 baths,
washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a queen size 4 poster bed, with a dutch door to a patio with lounge seating and a beutiful garden. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and
daybed (twin)and a private sitting area that looks out to the
great room. Off the kitchen is a patio with a dining table and a large 6 burner gas BBQ,with stairs down to another private brick patio 
and fire pit. 

Downstairs cottage retreat has a bedroom with king size bed, full
bath, living room and french doors out to the patio and private entrance. You can get to the downstairs via the main house, or separate entrance. 

The upstairs main house may be rented separately for a reduced rate. Owner would be on premise, and has 2 english labs.

All beds have cozy down comforter duvets, pillows, luxurous blankets and sheets

Consider the property like a "home exchange" without the exchage as it is my primary residence that I'm renting out on a limited basis each year. You'll have all the luxuries of your own home!!
