beach! We have spent months renovating our "second home" from top to
bottom with very stylish furniture and decor. Our unit has an
incredible view, is just steps from the Atlantic Ocean and is perfect
for a romantic getaway, a small family vacation or a longer escape
from the snow. This stretch of beach is practically private (no
public access in immediate vicinity), and it has some of the best
fishing and surfing in all of Brevard County. You will love the
laid-back atmosphere and the proximity to all the amenities located
within 1 mile of our unit-Publix grocery store, Walgreens, Movie
Theater, video store and surf shops.
Please no smoking or pets in the unit.

Air conditioning, 37" HD flat screen with cable, DVD player, Queen-size bed plus
sleeper sofa, towels & linen. Full kitchen: refrigerator, microwave,
stove, coffee maker, dishes & utensils.
Ocean front pool with grill and picnic area
Washer and dryer available on site and smoking areas outside.

Surfing, fishing, swimming, walking on the beach, windsurfing, golf,
boating, relaxing by the oceanside pool!
Our condo is only 20 minutes to Kennedy Space Center, one hour to
Disney and the Orlando attractions, 45 minutes to Sebastian Inlet
State Park. Minutes to restaurants, shops and beach bars.

 High Season (December - Feb)  $700/week $2100/month                     

Mid Season (April - August)       $600/week   $1600/month
Low Season (Sept- November) $500/week   $1300/month

cable TV, local phone calls AND WIRELESS INTERNET.
$200 refundable security deposit for weekly rentals.
$500 refundable security deposit for monthly rentals.
11% state and local tax.
All stays require a $70 non-refundable cleaning fee
