villa features a master bedroom with a king size bed and bath, guest 
bedroom with a queen size bed, den with 2 sofa sleepers and guest 
bathroom. (sleeps 8) Linens are included.  The unit has a fully 
equipped kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher, cable t.v., full 
size washer and dryer, and attached garage.  Enjoy relaxing on the 
enclosed lanai overlooking the breathtaking nature preserve and 
lake. Just a short walk to the villa's community pool, and the 
Tarpon Cove Yacht & Raquet Club where you can enjoy all the benefits 
of a member. The villa is ideally located, only minutes from 
airports, great shopping and excellent golf courses.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Tarpon Cove Yacht and Racquet Club features a waterfront 
clubhouse that offers lunch, brunch and fine dining, plus special 
events. A pool, waterfront Tiki bar, cocktail lounge, indoor and 
outdoor dining, marina, eight Har-Tru tennis courts, well- equipped 
fitness center, and a water shuttle to Wiggins Pass beach on the 
Gulf is included for your enjoyment. Everything you need for a 
tropical getaway.

May 2008 - November 2008 Rate: $2,500.00
Tax and other fees are not included in above rates.
Security deposit ($500.00) fully refundable if home is left in same 
condition as it was prior to rental.
