Vacation Rental Description

A popular song about Mazatlan says in its lyrics:

Many who have visited our beautiful port, leave referring to Mazatlan as an undiscovered paradise.

Costa Bonita Condominiums and Beach Resort is one of the wonders of this paradise.  It is a luxury 
beachfront condominium that can make your vacation an affordable dream.  This primer condominium is 
located on a 3.5 mile long golden beach with beautiful tropical gardens, a spectacular lake with 
Gazebo, and floating terrace.  This spacious land luxurious condo is located close to Pueblo Bonito 
Emerald Bay and the Marina, yet costing a fraction of the price.

This ground floor unit faces the pool and is an ocean front condo, with an easy access to 
both. It terrace faces the Jacuzzi. The unit comes fully furnished and equipped for the long or 
short-term visitor.

This unit is a two bedroom, two full bathrooms, beautifully furnished apartment.  It has queen size 
beds in each bedroom with an added full size futon in the master bedroom.  This unit can sleep 4-6 
people comfortably. The master bedroom has a full bath with bathtub, shower, and a large walk-in 
closet where you can find beach towels and sand chairs.  The living room is furnished with an 
elegant leather sofa set and glass top coffee and lamp tables.  It has a small entertainment center 
with DVD player, TV, stereo.  Color television has satellite cable reception with many English 
speaking channels, for your comfort and added entertainment.  Wireless Internet accessibility is 
also available, so bring your laptop. The dinning room has an elegant dinning set that sits 6 for a 
sit down dinner of delicious seafood and wine. The kitchen has a nice counter top bar and is fully 
equipped with full size fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender (for those 
Margaritas), toaster, utensils and place settings for six.  The unit has central air and ceiling 
fans for your comfort. 

The pool is heated during the winter and has plenty of loungers and shades.  A massage can be 
arranged for you in a private tent by the pool, and you can order your tropical drinks and meals by 
the pool from our Palapa restaurant.  On the beach you can sunbathed in the wonderful Mexican sun 
and in the evening enjoy the most spectacular Mazatlan sunsets.  The palapas provide shade to relax 
and read your favorite book or enjoy the ocean and if lucky spot some dolphins playing nearby.  Ride 
the bilingual horses, drive tree wheeler motorbikes, take a walk in the sand to nearby Brujas beach, 
and restaurant where you can eat lobster and 2 x 1 giant margaritas…

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly rates from $750 to $1,200 
monthly rates from $2,300 to $3,200. Depending on the dates
You will be asked for a credit card or $200.00 USD cash at the front desk at check in to cover room 
charges incurred at the restaurant, bar, and store.

Minimum stay is one week, but long term and multi-month rental 
options are also available.
