Fully stocked kitchen includes dishes, utensils, coffeemaker, blender, cookware, crockpot, toaster, microwave, icemaker, smooth surface cooktop and granite counters.

Garage with remote door opener.
Two queen beds, one day bed and sleeper sofa. Two bedrooms are on the opposite side of master bedroom and can be completely closed off for privacy with pocket door.
Master Suite has large walk in shower and garden tub.
Complete linens provided. Includes towels, pool towels and sheets. Professionally cleaned and maintained with inspection at end of stay.

May 1st 2010 through November 10, 2010: $725.00 per week - Up to 5 persons* $2500.00 per month - Up to 5 persons*

Deposit of $500 to be received at time of booking.
Half of remaining balance due within 30 days of signing lease and remaining payment due 30 days prior to stay together with flat fee of $85.00 per week for electric. $500.00 security deposit also due 30 days prior to stay. To be returned upon inspection of property.
$125.00 cleaning fee (non-refundable) to be paid within 30 days prior
to stay. Cleaning fee for MONTHLY rental or longer is $250.00.
Additional 11% Florida tax.
