Sliding glass pocket doors open to the lanai to extend your living space. Heated pool has western exposure to enjoy those sunsets. Also has jacuzzi. Huge lanai to sunbathe or sit and look over the canal at the wildlife.  Bikes are available for your use to explore the neighborhood. Stone patio right off canal to relax, do some fishing, reading or lounging.  House is beautifully furnished and has many amenities. Fully stocked kitchen includes dishes, utensils, coffeemaker, blender, cookware, crockpot, toaster, microwave, icemaker, smooth surface cooktop and granite counters.

Beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath (one can be entered from inside or outside from lanai) home. Living room, dining area and kitchen nook. Counter with four stools.

Two queen beds and one day bed. Two bedrooms are on the opposite side of master bedroom and can be completely closed off for privacy with pocket door.
Master Suite has large walk in shower and garden tub.
Complete linens provided. Includes towels, pool towels and sheets. Professionally cleaned and maintained with inspection at end of stay.

A flat fee of $95.00 per week for electric.
$140.00 cleaning fee (non-refundable) for week stay.
