Brand New, beautifully decorated 4 bedroom log cabin style home with
2600 sq. feet of living space has 2 Master suites, one upstairs with
jacuzzi tub and one downstairs, and 3 1/2 bathrooms. It has a
separate carpeted gameroom/lounge with ping pong, air hockey, pool
table, leather sofa, coffee table, TV-DVD & Stereo.

This home is in a very desirable location in Big Bear Lake, 1/2 mi.
to Snow Summit and right across the street from ski shuttle pickup
for Snow Summit and Bear Mountain ski areas and 1 block to
Elevations Day Spa and "day-use" fitness center. Walk to
supermarkets, shops, restaurants, miniature golf & trout pond. Also
down the street from a new drive thru Starbucks. Walk or bike to
Snow Summit Ski Resort, the lake, public library, and beautiful park
with swimming beach, tennis courts, and sports fields, fishing pier
and play structure. This home is located in a flat neighborhood which
makes it easy to get around in snow & ice conditions and perfect for
walking or biking our beautiful neighborhood.

This inviting home includes an inviting hot tub on a very large
rear deck with a charcoal BBQ and offers beautiful mountain and
forest views from almost every window.

The 'Great Room', kitchen, dining area and family room with large
rock fireplace and big TV with cable and premium channels are
perfect for entertaining.

The large kitchen has granite counter tops, pine cabinets and all
new appliances, including oven with built-in convection microwave,
stove, a side by side fridge, dishwasher, crock pot, waffle iron,
blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, and pots/pans. Many other
amenities including 5 TVs with cable and premium channels, VCR and
DVD players, stereo w/CD player, phone, washer/dryer, iron and
ironing board plus more. The large garage has parking for 1 car and
the other part is carpeted with a leather coach, ping pong table and
pool table plus a dart game.

Upstairs Master suite has a King size bed and cable TV and opens to
a balcony with forest and mountain views. The large tiled Master
bath has a jaquzzi tub and separate shower. Downstairs Master suite
has a Queen size bed and cable TV and opens to the oversized rear
deck with spa. The tiled downstairs Master bath has double sinks and
a large shower.

Bedroom #3 has two sets of bunks, trundle bed,futon cable TV and
DVD.
Bedroom #4 is set up with a daybed and trundle, loveseat, cable TV
and DVD.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING HOME. SORRY, NO PETS. MUST BE 25 YRS TO RENT

There is no other way to visit Big Bear! The house is absolutely
wonderful. I was initially skeptical about renting a home for my
vacation to Big Bear because I wasn't quite sure what to expect. But
seeing both the 304 and 299 Andes properties on-line and then in
person, I am convinced that this is definitely the way to go. I was
overwhelmingly surprised by how cozy, comfortable and fully equipped
these properties were. The owners ensure that everything you need
for an enjoyable getaway is available to you. And the location,
cannot
be beat! I would definitely refer friends and family to these homes
as
a vacation option and would absolutely return for future stays.
