Nantucket Sound.  Private Road.  Steps from the beach.  Return from 
the beach to eat lunch and take a break from the sun -- avoid $20 per 
day parking fees for the beach. 

UPSTAIRS: Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Area, Half Bath.
-Large open living room with bay windows to capture a panoramic view.
-Kitchen island with seating overhang.  3 bar height chairs.
-Separate full dining table. Seating for 6.
-Spacious half bath.
