Vacation Rental Description
Waterfront apartment short walk to beach. Easy Gulf of Mexico access
for boaters. Walk to restaurants, convenience store, movie theater
and trolley stop to access island's many restaurants, shops and
nightlife. Jet ski, charterboat fishing, boat rentals, parasailing,
bicycle rentals available near by. The apartment is the downstairs of a single family home (we live
upstairs). We are located on the south end of the island.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Full kitchen with dishwasher,oven,microwave and many small
appliances. Washer and dryer, satellite TV, wireless high speed
internet connection,iron and hair dryer. Boat dock in back yard.
Beach towels and chairs available.
Activities and Attractions
Boating, fishing, swimming, golf, water sports, fine dining, movie
theater, shopping and bicycling nearby.
Vacation Rental Rates
$500/week April-October
$650/week November
$750/week December-March
$100/week wet boat slip rental
$200 refundable security deposit
multi week and monthly rates available
Payment in cash, travelers checks, personal checks(verification of
funds required) visa or mastercard.
Must be 25+ to rent.
