$600.00 Security Deposit-$600.00 deposit upon making of reservation.
($500.00 non refundable until stay is complete-$100 kept for cleaning
upon departure). A 50% payment due 60 days prior to stay and final
balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If cancellation occurs within
30 days of stay all monies will be retained and you will have 1 year
from the original arrival date to rebook the same property with a 20%
rebooking fee.
