You will have amazing views of the mountains and Ted Robinson 
Championship designed golf course. Come here to relax and 
unwind.  You can sit and look out at the beautiful golf course 
surroundings from your desert landscaped patio.  This house is facing
east so you can enjoy the patio and avoid the wind.  A golfer's 
dream...great rates!  Play the first nine and stop your cart at your 
home for refreshments before continuing on. You'll have lots of 
light and views from this immaculate home.  It has been newly 
remodeled, has an open floorplan and vaulted ceilings.  It is fully 
furnished.  The  family room has a flat screen TV for your 
enjoyment. High speed internet is available for you to book your 
exciting desert plans. There is an additional TV in the master 
bedroom with a queen size bed and sliding glass doors leading out to 
the patio. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a 
full/twin bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom. The kitchen has all new 
appliances. A barbecue is ready for your home cooked meals. 

This home has everything you could want, is just steps from the 
clubhouse and right ON THE beautiful 9th FAIRWAY! IT is ready for 
your arrival.

Very reasonable fees at this Championship Ted Robinson course usually 
at high season $50 including cart! Mission Lakes Country Club is 
located 8 miles north of Palm Springs and close to the Palm Springs 
Aerial Tramway, the Desert museum, wonderful restaurants, shopping, 
theaters and art galleries. Enjoy the Palm Springs street fair on 
Thursday evenings. Other desert attractions to enjoy are The Living 
Desert, Oasis Water Park and the beautiful Joshua Tree National Park. 
Mission Lakes Country Club is only 100 miles from Los Angeles and San 
Diego!

Vacation Rental Rates

Booking Special Rates now for

May '08 (a beautiful month in the desert)
$800.00 a week, $2500.00 per month...(normally $1000.00 per week, $2800.00 per month)
Book NOW for fall/winter 2008 and SAVE!

June '08 thru August '08 (Summer months negotiable).

$600.00 Security Deposit-$600.00 deposit upon making of reservation. 
($500.00 non refundable until stay is complete-$100 kept for cleaning 
upon departure). A 50% payment due 60 days prior to stay and final 
balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If cancellation occurs within 
30 days of stay all monies will be retained and you will have 1 year 
from the original arrival date to rebook the same property with a 20% 
rebooking fee.
