master has a King bed, it's own bath and walk-in closet), 2 full  
baths,TV's & DVD, ceiling fans throughout, central air- 
conditioner/heating system, a large oversize lot in a quiet but  
convenient location with lots of trees (palm and 3 citrus as well as  
two large cactus gardens), fully equipped kitchen with Bay Window in  
eating area that seats 4-6, all linens provided, laundry room  
(washer & dryer), and a Dining Room that seats 6 comfortably.  
Easy living awaits you in this comfortable home with a 2-car garage 
(auto door opener), just bring your clubs & suitcase. 
The community has everything for the sports-minded, or you can just  
relax and experience the spa services, have coffee or lunch at the  
village by the stream, or walk and enjoy the fountains and lakes  
throughout the community!

Vacation Rental Amenities

This community is beautifully landscaped throughout including  
fountains, waterfalls, lakes, walking paths with benches, and  
parks.  Four Championship 18-hole golf courses, each with a  
different landscape motif!  Several Resort-style large pools (lap,2  
zero-edge,indoor), jacuzzis (inside and out),sauna, two large  
Clubhouses with state-of-the-art staffed workout facilites,classes  
(from yoga & Pilates to aqua aerobics), full-service Spa, tennis &  
pickle ball courts, bocce ball,lawn bowling, billard room, baseball  
field,library, game rooms,fishing, biking hiking trails, too many  
things to list them all, you'll be as active as you want to be.

Activities and Attractions

Only 4-5 hrs. from the Grand Canyon, 2-3 hrs. to Flagstaff, 90 mins.  
to the beautiful red rock & charming town of Sedona. Easy side trips  
to Las Vegas and Mexico. 
The Kansas City Royals & Texas Rangers Call the new Surprise Stadium  
their Spring Training home and just 20-30 mins. away is the Peoria  
Sports Complex, home of the San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners.  
 
Phoenix & Scottsdale are just a 35-45 min. ride, but you need not  
leave Surprise.  There are plenty of restaurants, shopping, and  
hospitals within 5-10 minutes.

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season Jan.-March $2200/mo. (One month min.)                     
 
Nov.,Dec.,& April $1800/mo. (One month min.) 
 
May through Oct.  $990/mo. + gas & electric (one month min.) 
 
Plus: 
$150 non-refundable cleaning deposit  
$500 refundable damage deposit  
 
 
Long term lease (min. 1 year)  
 
Two tennants have use of ALL Sun City Grand Facitities during lease  
period for $100 per person (for photo ID card). Additional passes  
available through CAM at the current rate. 
One tenant must be 55 years old. Non-refundable deposit required  
upon reservation which will be applied to rent, due 30 days prior to  
arrival.
