Beautiful 3rd floor DIRECT OCEANFRONT VIEW CORNER UNIT.
Living room balcony has direct straight-on view and view up the
coast to the north, plus large windows that view the beach. Both
bedrooms have direct view of the beach. This unit is closest to the
beach in the whole building. Sitting on the balcony is practically
like sitting on the sand below. No road to cross -- walk out the
building onto the sand.
Just updated with upscale tastes -- fresh paint, new carpet, all new
furniture, new artwork, new TVs. Cable TV in both bedrooms and
living room. Big screen plasma TV in living room! Nintendo Gamecube
in second bedroom. Spacious master bedroom suite with Queen-size bed,
walk-in-closet, and vanity area. Second bedroom has two twin beds
plus trundle bed. Sleeper sofa in living room. Kitchen fully
equipped.
We are five minutes south of Cocoa Beach. One hour east of
Orlando. Spend the day at Disney and come back to the beach at
night! Have the best of both worlds being in quiet Satellite
Beach and only five minutes away from Cocoa Beach attractions.
Our condo is licensed by the State of Florida and Brevard County,
having passed inspection for compliance with state regulations
governing fire code, health and safety.
