Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy another unforgettable day at the beach, then relax in your  
private ocean view rooftop Jacuzzi hot tub (seats 8) while enjoying  
your favorite cocktail and taking in another perfect sunset with a  
refreshing ocean breeze.  Then, while the GE stainless steel gas BBQ  
is heating up to grill your favorite meal, enjoy your own private  
glass enclosed steam room (seats two romantically ;) in the master  
bath before finally “washing off” your day at the beach in the  
glorious rain shower.   Ahhh the life!! 
 
Spend your day on the sand at the beach, surfing waves in the ocean,  
or strolling around town dining, and shopping.  For those who enjoy  
tennis or basketball, Hermosa Beach has the finest courts anywhere,  
just two short blocks away. You can also enjoy the green grass and  
outdoor roller hockey rink at South Park just 300 steps away. A  
brand new 24 Hour Fitness is also walking distance or you can walk  
two blocks to the fabulous Pacific Ocean and beautiful white sands  
of Hermosa Beach! Forgot to buy mustard, shampoo or want a delicious  
sandwich for lunch? Granny’s Grocery is only 100 steps away with a  
world class deli sandwiches and groceries.  We are truly centrally  
located…walk everywhere even the world famous Comedy and Magic club  
where Jay Leno performs every Sunday night! 
 
The House itself is 2100 square feet of living space with two large  
ocean view decks on the top floor, one off the kitchen and another  
off the living room.  The Kitchen has all stainless steel  
appliances, a wine refrigerator, and an island decorated with  
granite countertops and tiled back splashes.  The living room has a  
fireplace and views of the ocean.  The house has mostly wood floors  
throughout with carpeting in the bedrooms. Each bedroom has walk-in  
closets, a full bath, and private balcony or patio in each.  The  
master has a Cal-King, his and her sinks, Jacuzzi bath tub, and  
steam room/shower. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and full  
baths.

The luxury vacation property is located in Hermosa Beach, CA, just a  
short drive (10-15 minutes) from the Los Angeles International  
Airport (LAX).  This free flowing city is located in Southern  
California and is part of LA County. It is nestled in between  
Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach. It is centrally located and close  
(30-45 minutes) to Hollywood, Disneyland, Universal Studios, The  
Getty Center, Malibu and much more. It is about 3 hours or less to  
San Diego and Santa Barbara. The surrounding area is also called the  
South Bay or Beach cities. Find out more about Hermosa Beach, and
