pillows, firm and comfy mattresses.
Unit has gourmet full kitchen with everything you need, washer and
dryer, NEW gas BBQ on patio, 5 TVs, Surround Sound,Large VHS movie
collection, Updated Fireplace (gas/no wood needed) and double futon.

**Alpine Inlaw Suite has a comfy large trundle bed, private bath
with large indoor jacuzzi tub surrounded by real boulders, pool

entrance.
**Living room has a new spring futon couch that sleeps one or two.
Home also has rollaway bed, wood portacrib, 2 floor futon mattresses.
Each of our spacious bedrooms has a TV, private full bathroom &
dressing area.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Full kitchen with micro, jumbo ice-maker, cooking
utentsils, deluxe Debbie Mumm dishes for 14+ servings. We stay
here a lot, so we keep it like we want it! 5 televisions,surround
sound, 2 DVD Players, 2 VCRs and a library of movies, Broadband
WiFi,Stereo with CD players,book and music collection, all linens
and bedding included, washer/dryer, Master Suite view deck has
Bistro table/ patio seating for 8+.
Dining areas seats 10 comfortably, with seating for 6 more at the
bar... this is the Lake Village home for large groups, NO UNIT has
more rooms, or nicer more updated amenities.

Winter Nov. 15-Apr. 14: $279.-$299./night and $1999+/week
(Spring/Fall DISCOUNT:Apr.15-June 3rd & Sept 15th-Nov.14 $229./night
Summer June 3rd -Sept. 15: $259/night (3 night minimum).
Dec 20-Jan 2/Holiday Rate Apply. Major Holidays:5+ night min except
Memorial Day /Labor Day /Thanksgiving
Martin Luther Presidents Weekend - 3+ night minimum.
LAST MINUTE bookings -may have reduced rate - please ask.

PET Policy: One small well behaved dog allowed $20. per night-never
allowed on furniture or bedding. Must be contained in it's own crate
when left unattended at all times.

unless otherwise arranged ($20.00 charge applies when available).

-This is a NON-smoking rental.
-Cancellations more than four weeks in advance will receive a 100%
refund of all money received less $100.00 (9 weeks deadline for all
holiday cancellations).
-Cancellations more than 3 weeks in advance will receive a 50%
refund of total amount (5 weeks deadline for holidays).
-Cancellations less than 3 weeks in advance/No refunds.
-Major Holidays-4+ night minimum stay.
All cancellations/changes $100.00 fee.
-As payment for rental and deposit we accept Personal Checks/
Cashiers Check/ Money Order/Visa/Master Card/American Express and
