reservation,full payment due 30 days prior to move in date
Off-season (Sept 16- May 31): weekdays (Mon-Thurs) $300.00/night,
weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun) $450.00/night (*must stay min of 2 nights),
50% due at reservation (check), remainder 50% due 2 weeks prior to
stay, need credit card info for security purposes
