Our manufactured home is the right place to spend your family dreamed 
vacation at very reasonable price. Located just 2.8 mile from the 321 
Hwy in the famous Art & Craft District and about 12-15 minutes from 
Downtown Gatlinburg as well to Dolly Wood Park and Pigeon Forge. You 
will not suffer the crazy traffic of the Parkway due to our location.  
 
Surrounded by the most peaceful and beautiful mountains of the Smoky 
Mountains on a zero-risk lot, due it's minor elevation. Great for a 
family with children to play outside on a close to an acre lot and 
even to enjoy a small creek. Great neighbors!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our house offers 3 bedrooms & 2 baths, one master with a King bed, the 
second bedroom  has a queen bed and third bedroom bunk-beds. Big eat-in 
kitchen, around wooden deck, front covered porch, children play area, 
central air & heater, BBQ, appliances, TV/VCR/DVD, etc..

Activities and Attractions

The Smoky Mountains offers the most spectacular activities during 
summer or winter...skiing, hiking, water rafting, fishing, horse 
riding, great mountain views, best restaurants, great outlets, 
fantastic shows, amusement parks, etc... 
 
All these surrounded by mother nature and the best environment made by 
family like yours and ours.

Our rates are good any season of the year except Holidays and 
Christmas Season from De. 15 - Jan. 1St.
