Vacation Rental Rates

*Spring and Summer special 6-8 month lease $1400 per month furnished 2/2 
    *this rate does not include utilities     
   *$1500/month (4-6 Months) 
   $2250 - 2550 during season December - May 
 
Add $75 cleaning fee plus 12% state tax on any lease term shorter than 7 months 
 
$50 processing fee applies to any cancellations as well 
$275 Security Deposit.  
 
For cancellations 14 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of the deposit  
will be forfeited. 
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival, 50% of the Security Deposit will be refunded if another  
renter is located.
