cabin sleeps 10-12 comfortably and  
has all the amenities of home.

Great vacations begin at this spacious mountain home in a beautiful 
Sierra's situated a few minutes from Dodge Ridge Skiing and casinos. 
 
Located off Hwy 108 at 5,600 feet elevation.  
Plenty of  
Parking for everyone and few stairs down to your front door! Easy  
access during snow season. Just a 5 minutes from Dodge Ridge Ski Resort.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This three level cabin sleeps 10-12 comfortably  
and has all the amenities of home. Relax, play a board game, listen to 
music, or watch TV while enjoying the forest view. 
Each level has beds, televisions, & VCR’s. Main level has CD and DVD 
players. DVD with Library).  
Cabin has two full baths, full-sized washer and dryer and gas-burning 
fireplace. BBQ is on the deck!

Plenty of room for everyone!  
Just a few minutes BEFORE Dodge Ridge 
THIS road NEVER closes ! 
 
Also Strawberry Snow Park is nearby. 
 We are 20 minutes away from Beardsley Reservoir  
 30 minutes away from Black Oak Indian Casino  
and a day trip to Yosemite aprox. 90 minutes away. 
  
There is always plenty to do! For the kids or adults! 
Great time to be had all year long. 
 
 
Across Hwy 108 from a small Convenience store, gas station and 
restaurant all within walking disctance.

Vacation Rental Rates

Spring – Summer – Fall (May through Mid November) 
$150 per night – two-night minimum (3-night min.on major holiday weekends) 
$900 per week (7 nights total) 
$75 Non-optional Cleaning Charge

Winter/Holiday/Ski Season (Mid November through April) 
$185 per night – two-night minimum (3-night min.on major holiday weekends) 
$1100 per week (7 nights total)
