Our unit is approximately 50 yards from the beach and
includes: 2 bedrooms, a garden tub, 2 full baths, newly remodeled and fully equipped
kitchen, ample living room and dining room, high speed internet,
washer and dryer, sleeps 6 comfortably in 1,200 square feet.

As guests of Villamare 3129, you are eligible for 2 hours of Free
Tennis per day at the world renowned Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center.
You also receive 18% off standard green fees at the three beautiful courses in the resort. Palmetto Dunes resort Outfitters store offers discounts to
you of up to 25% for rentals of bikes, canoes, kayaks, fishing gear and
more. You can have bikes delivered to and picked up at the condo at
no additional charge. You also get discounts at the Shelter Cove
Marina store (located in Shelter Cove, which is also owned by
Palmetto Dunes Resort, across Hwy, 278 from Palmetto Dunes Resort)
which offers Dolphin Cruises and more.
Any or all of these activities may be reserved ahead of your arrival
and paid for after arrival. Also you may charge the fees to your
condo account and pay at check out.

on the beach front, kiddie pool, indoor pool, gym and immaculately
groomed grounds.

Activities in Palmetto Dunes include: beach and surf activities,
